ADA Lawsuits

As I promised to those who reached out to us about the ADA lawsuits that were pending I would follow up with you.

Lindsay Leavitt is completing his motion to have Peter Strojnik declared a Vexatious Litigant. If granted, would prevent him from filing any more ADA cases in Arizona. Linsay is currently working on 8 ADA cases. The majority of the cost to file this motion is being paid for by an insurance group. He stated that anyone else that comes to him for representation the cost would be reduced since the insurance agency has already paid the cost to put this motion together.

It was recommended that anyone that gets an ADA letter from Peter Strojnik senior or junior, yes father and son, to first get legal counsel and considering what Lindsay is currently doing he should be considered. Paying Peter out of court only motivates him to make more ADA claims.

Everyone must pull together on this to send them a message. It has been proven when they find areas that pull together they pull out. We have teamed up with AAHOA and Reformed Lodging, two large hotel associations covering the USA. We also have Bob Thorpe, Arizona House of Representatives, working with us.

To put a complete closure to these kinds of lawsuits will take the action of our elected officials. It has been attempted in the past but failed.

If you want to contact Lindsay’s (this is not an endorsement but an option for you) his contact information is:
